Unser Gast in der vierten Epsiode von CONNECTING PEOPLE ist Alexis Weil, der Gründer von seniors@work. Vor der Gründung studierte Alexis Finance&Accounting und sammelte berufliche Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finanz- und Versicherungswesen. 2018 entschloss er sich, seinen eigenen Weg zu gehen und gründete die Online Job-Vermittlungsplattform senior@work. Das Start up hat sich zum Ziel gemacht, innovative Ansätze für das Arbeiten im Alter zu entwickeln und so den Kontakt zwischen der jüngeren und der älteren Generation zu fördern.
Alexis spricht über die Unterschiede zwischen den Generationen, woran wir als Gesellschaft in Zukunft arbeiten können und seine persönlichen Erfahrungen als Gründer.
