I never thought i would take this experience. I never thought i will run towards a ramp and take off 450m above the ground. But well, I did. Back home i Still cant believe I did it.
Paragliding in Rio de Janeiro.
In this episode I will share an experience which challenged me in and out. I left my comfort zone with doing the fly.
And furthermore I got the REALY spontaneous chance to record an interview with my flight instructor Mahmoud. (i was able to organize a GOPRO.) In front of an Brazilian beach, while eating a well known Acai Bowl.
It was my first interview taken in English, so I m leaving right now again my comfort zone and gonna publish this episode in English with you.
Its still something i cant describe what happend with me.
I never experienced so much peace and silence EVER.
Mahmoud is talking of course, about our tandem flight and the experiemce of flying itself. But we are talking as well about his life, his career in the white collar industry and why it was worth to quit fancy hotel rooms and first class flights. Why he decided to live in happiness in a tiny apartment, sharing his love of flying as much as he can, enjoying a beach office instead of care about the zero numbers on his bank account.
When I met him, and knew i was going to fly with him from this mountain in 450 m height I knew I had to trust this person. There were this energy from the very first sight. Later on, I knew why! You always feel this connection between people dont you?!
