In today's business scope it will be severely hard to sustain growth and a scale-up without a website, social media presence, and a great marketing rollout. Major corporations have begun eliminating positions based on the pandemic forcing them to look at scalebacks and budget cuts within the next 5 years. 

So many of the 35 and older crowd are against this model. There are ever-changing algorithms that it is essential to jump on board or at the very least incorporate. You don't have to get rid of your nostalgic side but you have to make some adjustments.
