Enrique Javier Aguayo, originally from Guadalajara Mexico, is an engineer and holds a Ph.D. In his career, he has worked in the private sector and then moved to a teaching position in one of Mexico's top schools where he became a successful manager. Since then he moved to Sweden and now is working on assignment for Volvo Group.
