Zach Pritchard is a leading expert in creating behavioral change through honest communication. He has taken old information and process to create a new way to jump start success in areas such as personal finance, marriage, careers, personal development, and team culture. Along with several of what most would call meaningless jobs in college and his first career which began as an entry level technician. Building on top of each days experience and was quickly promoted to team leader then operations manager and finally senior sales manager. Zach has taken all of his experience to bring any goal you have down to a level at which you can see hope and freedom in.

Zach has taken part in many presentations and interviews in his career and is now the owner and CEO of All Around Financial Coaching as well as the host of the All Around Wellness podcast where we destroy self-deception In the eyes of business and personal growth. Also an active person in the youth community coaching youth baseball and softball teams, Zach has also volunteered many hours Ministering to the youth. He was also a part of youth outdoor camps giving youth a chance to see the great outdoors and an experience they may not get again. He is also passionate to spend time with his wife and3 kids in their newly built home in north Texas.
