I talk about my deconversion from Christianity. Whenever I experience Post-Traumatic Stress, I feel that religion is outdated, harmful to the individual, harmful to groups, harmful to society, an impediment to the progress of science, a source of immoral acts or customs, a political tool for social control. My religious skepticism comes from the Post-Traumatic Stress. That’s not true for all skeptics of course, I am just speaking about me. Why did I come to Jesus abused? Why did I not have enough time with my Grandma? Why was she the only one teaching me Christian ethics? Why did the demons persecute me for my Christian faith as a child?
