It has been planned differently: The new BLUES PILLS album should have been in stores long ago and the band should have started preparing for a long tour. But that's how front woman Elin Larsson used the time for relaxed conversations.
The Swedish-American quartet had a rocket launch with their debut in 2014 and then being catapulted non-stop onto all possible festival stages - combined with various tours. Their second album "Lady In Gold" even reached number 1 in the German album charts and made the band the absolute hot shot of the retro wave. Further tours and shows around the world meant that the BLUES PILLS simply needed a longer break until they gave their first sign of life in early March with “Proud Woman”. For this purpose, a separate studio was built, there was a change in the team - but let's let the lady boss talk about the brand new album "Holy Moly!"
