Everyone has their own time of arrival it can be in a form of a spiritual journey, mental clarity, or physical transformation and that process started for Ashley Renee Chong about 9 years ago. It started with a simple let me lose a few pounds for my sister's wedding and instead what happened to Ashley was life-altering but in a special way.

After a trip to the doctor and learning a prediabetic diagnosis Chong took her life in her hands and decided to make some well-needed changes and one of them was becoming a vegan and graduating into raw veganism.
