episode 3490: The Airlines And Pandemic.
In a prior life I was a Road Warrior. You know one of those guys and gals, who leave home Monday morning, drive to the nearest airport. And then return usually late Friday or early Saturday morning. It was an unusual kind of career. It was exciting, staying at fine corporate hotels, eating at the best restaurants. Meeting people from all over and seeing how they do business. And especially getting to know some of the great cities in the country. But this was the week that all of us, hoped we could just stay home. That's because traditionally the Thanksgiving week is one of the busiest travel times of the year. College Students going home from semester break, grandparents traveling to see their grandchildren, and friends and families everywhere taking a break from the normal daily work routine.
