Makarand met a cleaning lady who is not fluent in English and has been coming to their house for the last 7 or 8 years. Despite her lack of English skills, she has a remarkable work ethic and perfectionist attitude. After some time, the cleaning lady decided to work at a healthcare facility, which was hectic for Makarand.
Work Setbacks

Finding clients was challenging for the cleaning lady as she was also worried about the time with her family. Yet Makarand offered that it is alright if she could only come at significant events, weekends, or depending on her flexibility.

Makarand gave a sense of optimism to the cleaning lady to reach out to her clients and inform them of her availability. The cleaning lady was able to go to her new job while retaining some of her other clients to earn a bit more.
Overcoming Adversity

Many times, people restrain themselves when faced with a dilemma. People’s brains are wired to look at negative situations where they look at themselves as the victims and take comfort in consoling themselves.

People are so used to receiving that they often forget to give.

In some cases, people tend to forget that they can take charge of the situation. There are many possibilities and unique perspectives out there for all of us. Life is all about options and not problems.
