This is about being able to see a viewpoint from other people's perspectives. It is essential to know what people are thinking as well. When I'm driving any team initiatives, I must see things from someone else's perspective before making any decisions. It is important to understand what my team's input looks like.
Breaking Out of Your Comfort Zone

You can’t expect different results by doing the same things over and over again. You have to break out of your comfort zone and take that leap of faith.

We have to adopt newer thinking, which focuses on providing massive value, giving back to the marketplace, and giving back to your customers. This concept teaches us that the old rule of the game is not valid anymore. If you want to walk into another person's shoes, if you want to achieve the kind of business others have, you have to give first because this is what this economy is all about.
