The United States has a tremendous problem when it comes to immigration, and the nightmare at the detention centers is only a reflection of that crisis. Nomiki Konst begins today’s show by recalling a story she heard when she was in Guatemala from a man who was held at one of these detention facilities at the US-Mexico border. While this is terribly inhumane, Nomiki explains how our calls for economic justice cannot stop at the southern border.
