Hope you're all well and staying safe. Now then, where to start. The Cocteau Twins, Elizabeth Fraser, Simon Raymonde and Robin Guthrie, one of my favourite groups of all time. Formed in Scotland in 1979 and disbanded in 1997. How to describe them, labelled as Goths initially, dream pop, shoe gaze, ethereal, none of these fully explain their greatness or sound imo. Too hard to pigeonhole, a truly unique band. If there is such a place as heaven and it doesn't sound like Elizabeth Fraser I'm not sure I'd want to go. Probably better if I let their music do the talking for me. Featuring tracks from 1982 through to 1996. Some obvious selections, some not so. Ladies and Gentlemen, please enjoy...The Cocteau Twins
