episode 17: The Expansive Wholeness of Who You Are – A Better Framework for Making Good Decisions | UA17
One of the biggest challenges we encounter is not knowing how to make decisions that serve us.
In this episode, I teach you my concept “expansive wholeness”. It’s a framework I’ve created to help you start making decisions that are FOR you.
In this episode, I cover the 5 components of expansive wholeness:
1) You at the center. Why it needs to be “all about you”.
2) Your sense of enoughness. The language you use in your mind about yourself has an important impact on the decisions you’ll make.
3) Internal wisdom. Why it’s important to learn how to access your internal wisdom, and what that means.
4) External wisdom. How to access the non-languaged wisdom around you.
5) Celebration. The critical role of self celebration, including celebrating the day-to-day achievements that add up to you becoming who you want.
You are a magical being in the present moment. When you step into the full expansive wholeness of who you are, you will naturally start to make the best decisions for you. And as you expand, your world will also expand - in surprising, unexpected and beautiful ways.
