LeMay completed his first year at West Texas A&M after one season as the wide receiver coach at Notre Dame College.
At NDC, he coached a receiving core that recorded the fourth-best reception rating in the Mountain East Conference. Senior Marvelle Ross earned First Team All-MEAC and Second Team All-Region honors after finishing third in the conference in receiving yards with 998.
Prior to NDC, He spent time at the Shrine Bowl working as the offensive coordinator for the 7th grade team. He also worked at the Jameis Winston/Hardknocks Training Camp before starting his own skills camp, Arrow Quarterback Training.
He also spent as a season as the wide receivers coach at Jacksonville State, the team went 9-4 overall and 7-1 in Ohio Valley Conference play. He coached Josh Pearson and Jamari Hester, who combined for over 2,000 yards receiving and 28 touchdowns.
LeMay has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master's degree in Sports Management from Jacksonville State.
