JFK The Enduring Secret

An in depth tutorial and discussion around the assassination of John F. Kennedy, (JFK) the country's 35th president who was brutally murdered in Dallas Texas on November 22, 1963.

Episode 28 focuses on    three witnesses Arnold Rowland, Carolyn Walther, and Ruby Henderson.   These three witnesses  are the only three who identified a gunman and a second assailant on either a high floor or  the 6th floor of the depository  and who also came forward to discuss what they saw with  law enforcement in the aftermath of the assassination.    This series of episodes focuses on the precious few witnesses who actually saw something up in the windows of the depository  that was relevant to the investigation. Howard Brennan, the only eyewitness to  identify Oswald as the shooter in the window was covered in a separate episode.  Complications with his testimony make this series of witnesses more relevant.  Complex cases without  an eyewitness that can actually identify the shooter make the forensic and circumstantial evidence that much more important.  Ironically, problems abound with much of the evidence in this case. Evidence that is complex, incomplete and sometimes conflicting. 

Even as early as 1964, rumors and serious concerns over  the lone gunman theory and the evidence that might contravene it,  were becoming a major concern for the government and the commission.
