Episode 7 is a prelude to our weekend episodes. Complex cases without an eyewitness that can actually identify the shooter make the forensic and circumstantial evidence that much more important. Ironically, problems abound with much of the evidence in this case. Evidence that is complex, incomplete and sometimes conflicting. This short discussion takes us through a hypothetical case and talks about a basic construct of evaluation in order for the reader to sort through what is, truly, a maze of mirrors.
