The goal of Kulturell Inkorrekt/Culturally Incorrect is to share knowledge and concrete call to actions on the topic of intercultural competence, also clarifying prejudices and myths about other cultures, creating more awareness about intercultural communication and providing knowledge about business and culture. How do we deal with societal standards & our traditions? How do we train intercultural competences? How to empower migrant kids who feel stuck between two cultures - if they have two homelands? And can I as a migrant kid be more successful in business with the right mindset? In diesem Podcast spreche ich mit meinem lieben Kollegen Andreas Slogar. Mit seinem kulturellen Hintergrund und seiner beeindruckenden Karriere, in der er in fast 24 Ländern gearbeitet hat, kennt er sich sehr gut mit Kulturen aus und ist Experte für Agile Transformationen in Unternehmen.
Wir sprechen in diesem Podcast über die Themen Agilität, Kultur und Diversität, indem er die These vertritt, dass Agilität Diversität fördert und warum das bisher in dieser Kombination noch nicht thematisiert wird.
Zudem erklärt er mir, was die fünf wichtigsten Punkte in Richtung agiler Organisationen/Teams sind, warum die junge Generation verschiedene kulturelle Hintergründe in Unternehmen bevorzugt, und wie jeder selbst zu einer agileren und diverseren Umgebung im Daily Business beitragen kann.
