If you remain idle, you will get acted upon if you don't work, right. So, that is all about change, right. So, the same holds change has everything to do with being able to remain fluid and sense how you can achieve whatever you want.

Makarand says that we should never compare ourselves. Your journey is different from others' journey; It is essential that if you want to adapt yourself to that change, you need to think about where you are at any given point in time.

If you want to go to that next phase of real learning, something new will allow you to achieve those breakthroughs or any wins. And the more you start banking on your assets, which is your strength, the more it will allow you to achieve your goals much more quickly, rather than worrying about your weaknesses. Rather than focusing on that, start focusing on your strengths, and you can become more successful. If you focus on that, your chances of winning get a raise drastically.
