The Biden Administration ramps up Haitian migrants deportation flights amid backlash. According to the Department of Homeland Security, 12 flights have returned 1,400 migrants to Haiti. The Department of Homeland Security has temporarily suspended the use of horse patrol in Del Rio after outrage sparked over the aggressive confrontation with Haitian migrants. The Unites States special envoy to Haiti resigns, citing the "inhumane" decision to deport thousands of Haitian migrants from the United States border. Haitian ambassador tells President Joe Biden to "look at Haiti differently."

Democrats tout a new "framework" to pay for the Biden agenda, but it lacks details amid infighting over the Biden agenda. Nancy Pelosi says it's "not about the price tag" but it's about what's in the bill. Pelosi is "not saying" that the $3.5 trillion spending bill will be finished by Monday. Rep. Gottheimer says he's "optimistic we'll get there by Monday" on key Biden agenda bills. 

The CDC advisers are now endorsing booster shots for the elderly and many others at high risk.
