The Podcast From Odo Island

It's our 3rd annual Kong Kristmas and this year we're doing the 1976 remake from Dino Di Laurentis.  This movie has it all.  Drama, romance, action, suspense, horror, comedy.  Beautiful landscapes and sets.  A wonderful score from renown composer John Barry.  A great cast featuring Jeff Bridges, Charles Grodin, and Jessica Lange.  So why isn't this better?  Well, we dig into the history of this movie and look into what happened.  The big question is did we like this better than Peter Jackson's Kong (it got a double jobber vote, our lowest combined ranking).
