Sundays From Harlem is a deep house music show that's focused on LISTENERS instead of DANCERS. There's a lot of great house music out there which is full of musicianship. Since no one is listening to this podcast on a dance floor, I have more freedom to chose music that is interesting to listen to and sometimes I'll move into some break beat jazz when the vibes are correct.

Sundays From Harlem is the deep house music show from NYC and this week, I wanted to create a set for those people who are zoned out, knocked out, and strung out on a Sunday afternoon after a night or two of heavy partying. This set has a real, 'chill-out' and spacey kinda feel to it that gets a bit 'weird' in places. However, even though it has an overall chill-out vibe to it, the tempo is set at a bumping' 122-126 BPM and there's even a few bangers in there to keep your head bobbin'
