Rhythmic Classics have been the driving forces for this Southern California import from Colombia who now resides in San Diego. Paulo's vision for music is rooted in his passion for bringing new sonic experiences through the understanding of his Latin roots and music influences in Jazz, Blues, Soul, Disco, Hip Hop, Rock and Funk. Paulo’s minimalistic, raw, and forward-thinking approach to House and Techno music have led the way for releases on Cubek Records. The experience of holding DJ residencies in Tokyo, Japan and San Diego, combined with his honest and radiant energy as a performer have placed him as a collaborator in different underground music projects throughout the Southern California region. Paulo is a part of Clique: a movement born from the collective effort of a group that shares the same passion and spiritual connection with art and music. It's a project geared to promote the evolution of sound and visual aesthetics, providing a unique experience that stimulates the mind and the soul. Paulo is also Artifact Record Shop's Co-Owner and Marketing director. This is a new online House and Techno boutique dedicated to vinyl only imprints and releases. The project is a partnership with Halo (aka H Foundation) to push the sounds for the deeply minded, and re-inject respect to the beloved art of DJing.
