Lavinia Fisher was thought by some to be the first female serial killer in the United States of America. Married to John Fisher, they operated a boarding house along a major commercial roadway outside of Charleston S.C. Both were convicted of several crimes.
But. Was she a killer? The first documented serial killer in America? Scott has the story and some truths to tell on the alleged Charleston antebellum murderess.
