Namely, “Inventing Anna” and the Tyler Henry series that shows the medium connecting with spirits in the afterlife – do you believe in this? The ladies share a fun romcom they recently saw and can’t believe that Sandra Bullock is 57 years old!! (incredible!). They then dive into the episode topic of the 4 chronotypes of sleep – explaining what a chronotype is and how it can effect our days. The girls take a quiz and share their results live on the podcast naming whether they are a bear, lion, wolf or dolphin. They give a high level explanation of each chronotype and encourage the listener to discover their own! They then wrap up the show with their weekly hits and misses – Sarah sharing her miss of summer planning and Lauren giving some props to her oldest, Tristaan.
