Some people cannot handle the consequences of their actions. On March 9th 1994 a man who received a simple fine for the assault of his girlfriend had his appeal denied. A fact that, for one reason or another, set him off on a deadly rampage that would see the loss of 7 lives and the injury of 8 more.
