When was the last time you’ve been sincerely and genuinely honest with yourself? On this self-improvement journey I feel we often tend trying to force the „happy mindset“ upon us but sometimes it just doesn’t work. Sometimes we feel sad, upset, disappointed, frustrated, hurt and the thing is… this feelings are real, they are valid. With accepting the reality - being utterly honest with myself - it helped me become more content, release the pressure I used to put on myself and be my authentic self.
