About Christy:
Christy Holt is a happiness coach specializing in helping overwhelmed women to attain clarity and build unstoppable confidence so that they can create the life of their dreams. She believes in a holistic approach to coaching, so her philosophy emcompases mind, body, relationship, money (business) and adventure in order to help her clients to experience true and lasting life transformation. Her methodologies center around heart-led, soul aligned living and Christy ALWAYS keeps it full of fun and adventure! Christy is a master at helping women to shift their mindsets so that they can break free of the overwhelm, fear and expectations of others and create the life they truly desire.
Christy began her journey as a teacher, encourager and leader when she started her first business - teaching piano lessons - at age 14 (she still teaches today, nearly 3 decades later!). Christy also has a degree in Business from the University of Alberta as well as a Chartered Professional Accountant certification. Through her time in public accounting she developed a deeper love of teaching, leadership and mentorship which also led to later being involved in the education of up and coming accounting students teaching both through the Chartered Accountants School of Business and at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
