The initiative Kulturell Inkorrekt / Culturally Incorrect was founded by me in January 2021. The goal of Kulturell Inkorrekt/Culturally Incorrect is to share knowledge and concrete call to actions on the topic of intercultural competence, also clarifying prejudices and myths about other cultures, creating more awareness about intercultural communication and providing knowledge about business and culture. How do we deal with societal standards & our traditions? How do we train intercultural competences? How to empower migrant kids who feel stuck between two cultures - if they have two homelands? And can I as a migrant kid be more successful in business with the right mindset? This podcast is culturally incorrect - so please don't be shocked if you will find culturally incorrect statements and status-quo opinions, therefore it is a podcast to give you another perspective on these important topics. This podcast is always available in english and in german. What's new at Kulturell Inkorrekt? It's now available in english, but also other topics did actually change.
1) The website has been completely redesigned - from now on you will find a German & English version of the Kulturell Inkorrekt website.
2) There are new topics: Business & Mindset, Culture/Interculturality, Politics & Society. This will be about different intercultural topics like intercultural competences & intercultural communication - about prejudices & myths towards other cultures - and why business & culture go hand in hand. (This is just a glimpse!)
3) The podcast will be available in German & English from now on - you can always switch to the language you prefer by clicking on the chapter marker.
4) Monthly, there will be a LinkedIn article on Business & Culture. How can we create an inclusive working world and why are intercultural skills more important than ever? This is just one of the important questions I ask myself.

Was gibt es neues bei Kulturell Inkorrekt? Während es ein wenig ruhiger war in der letzten Zeit, habt ihr euch vielleicht gefragt, ob die Initiative überhaupt noch existiert?
Und ja, natürlich :) Ich habe ganz intensiv an neuen Themen gearbeitet. In dieser Episode findet ihr heraus was es so neues gibt!
1) Die Website wurde komplett überarbeitet - ihr findet von nun an eine Deutsche & Englische Version der Kulturell Inkorrekt Website.
2) Es gibt neue Themen: Business & Mindset, Kultur/Interkulturalität, Politik & Gesellschaft. Hier wird es um verschiedene interkulturelle Themen wie interkulturelle Kompetenzen & interkulturelle Kommunikation gehen - über Vorurteile & Mythen gegenüber anderen Kulturen - und warum Business & Kultur Hand in Hand gehen.
3) Den Podcast wird es von nun an auf Deutsch & Englisch geben - du kannst durch die Kapitelmarke immer zu der Sprache wechseln, die du gerade bevorzugst.
4) Monatlich, wird es einen LinkedIn-Artikel zu Business & Kultur geben.Wie können wir eine inklusive Arbeitswelt gestalten und wieso sind interkulturelle Kompetenzen so wichtig wie noch nie? Sind nur eines der wichtigen Fragen, die ich mir stelle.
