Well-known for their parties in the Middle East and California's West Coast, Cyril Bitar and Ahmed Elwan connected shortly after moving to Los Angeles in early 2014. Upon then, they joined forces under the profile, Human Resources. HR is widely known for leading the forefront of LA's biggest Halloween and NYE event series, Minimal Effort.
