Pookie and Black Mister Burns followed Bryan into the house of Jebediah Erickson, thought by some to be the vigilante killer known as “the Savior.” Pookie found the front door — thick oak with a heavy metal security bar — knocked right off the frame. While Burns stayed on the front porch overlooking San Francisco’s busy Franklin Street, Pookie went inside after Bryan.
