·     Listen to the inner voice and your intuition it will guide you.

·     Pay attention to the signs. When things get hard consistently you may be out of alignment. When you follow your purpose, you should enter flow.  

·     Be curious and keep learning, find learning that supports you and find the right teacher. One of our deepest needs is to become our best selves.

·     Take care of yourself through play, mindfulness, and nature. Get out into nature at least 20 minutes 3 times a week. It helps inspire innovation and creativity and joy.
