episode 5: How to Survive Society with Ashley Stehlik

Ashley is a healer who is certified in Compassionate Inquiry, a psychotherapeutic approach that reveals what lies beneath the appearance we present to the world. This allows her to help her clients to sit with their repressed emotions and childhood beliefs to heal their wounds. This also allows her clients to update the stories that they tell themselves about who they truly are.

She is also a certified health and life coach who helps women to rediscover and reclaim themselves. She started her practice in 2019 to help other women to be their authentic selves and to come from a more heart centred place in every area of their lives.

Her story is one full of trauma, addictions, loss, grief and chaos. This helps her to get into the trenches with her clients and create a beautiful and safe relational container for them to heal their wounds.

Prior to raising her family, Ashley spent over ten years as a Police Officer in Toronto. Her no BS approach is one of her most loved attributes along with the use of the F word at the most perfect moments. Ashley has been described as a real talking bestie that every woman needs in her life, because life is too short to live it half assed and not having a good time. :)
