episode 61: Releasing Stress with Lee De La Cruz

Lee De La Cruz had the perfect life, until everything fell apart.  Today she'll discuss what she did to get through the struggles and rebuild her life.

To accelerate health, Lee emphasizes that it's so important to love yourself, because how can you expect anybody else to? Next is to believe in yourself and have the faith and confidence that you're doing the right thing.  Thirdly, look, listen, and learn.  It doesn't matter how old you are, there's always something you can learn.  Remember that what you're seeing isn't what someone else is seeing.

Lee's top 3 tips for creating wealth:

  1. Stay true to yourself.  The universe won't steer you wrong.
  2. Listen to your intuition.
  3. Be concise and clear with your intentions and go with the flow.

The most important piece of this is that the universe will listen to what you put out there.  If you talk about what you don't want, that's what you're going to get.  It's easy to get overwhelmed when thinking about making these changes, but take tiny steps and make each change as small as possible.  Making too many changes at once just leads to overwhelm and failure. 

Lee offers some stress release workshops in which she reveals her 3 "W" secrets:  Walking, plenty of water, and legs up the wall.  Stress buildup is a main contributor to many major causes of death and it's very important to find ways to release your stress.  Watch your language about it, because your words create your reality.
