#84 [A NEW BEGINNING] Spiritual awakenings, depression, death & how to cope with it all
What is an awakening? An awakening is a changing or shifting of mindset which is part of your vibrations. When you shift vibrations which are again part of your mentality, especially when you ascend into a new higher vibration, you have to purge.
You can't allow all of the old vibrational frequency into the new vibration. You have to purge. You have to let go. You have to get rid of whatever isn't serving you.
So in order to have a spiritual awakening, we need to go through a spiritual crisis. And through this shift and change of your vibration, you have to go through a purge.
You have to let go. You have to release it, which actually creates a crisis of energy. It really spikes our fight or flight mentality. Who am I? Where am I going? What am I doing? I have no idea.
