Living To Die Part one of a Two Part Series   K38 Water Safety's Shawn Alladio opens up the show today speaking about the aspects of Death.  For those of us who instruct in the responder community where death is present, even our own, this dialog touches on the emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of what that means to a responder. This is a personal journey and no two views will line up.  The topic is one to explore and to keep an open mind about as we deal with ages, gender, cultural, family grief, colleague grief and the aftermath of what death encompasses.     Death is not to be feared, but to be embraced. There are three timelines to life 1.       Birth 2.      Living the in between 3.      Death-the final exit Our deaths and those we know or love dearly can open the mystery of life. That spiritual aspect.  When we have a measure of understanding the life we live to die for, our death is a much larger sense or process we should engage that could encourage us to live better. To become a stronger human being. A quality individual who commits to a higher level of intent daily, moment by moment. Don’t we need these reminders? Mired in our shortcomings and daily pressures, surely it makes sense. Death has a finite purpose.  Life is an expressed timeline.  As we know it is not perpetual. That is left up to the spiritual mystery of soul to spirit. Death is an equalizer.  It is an inspiration to Live Well today
