episode 298: Why did Tom Brady really go to Kraft's wedding? NFL week 6 and college football review
In episode 298 of Sports Bliss with Rob and Kris, Rob starts the episode discussing some exciting scientific news from the BBC. Scientist have grown brain cells that can actually play pong. Rob gets Kristie reaction and they discuss the next step of the experiment, beer pong. Then they jump into the NFL and review the losses by the Bucs, Jags, and Dolphins. They debate if Brady missing practice due to attending Robert Kraft's wedding affected the game or Rob gives his conspiracy of why Brady attended the wedding. Rob and Kristie also review Trevor Lawrence's performance against the colts and the lack play by the defense. They also debate when Tua will be back for the Dolphins and if he will be the same player. Then they discuss the Bills and Chiefs matchup. In final NFL news they review the Cowboys loss to the Eagles. Rob and Kristie agree this was a move to allow Cooper Rush to lose and Dak can now become the starter again against an easier matchup, the Detroit Lions.
Next, Rob and Kristie discuss college football. First, they discuss the epic game of Alabama against Tennessee. They debate how big of a win this is for the Vols. They also review the UCF win over Temple. Rob presents 3 scenarios for UCF post season play. UCF vs Ole Miss, Big 12 Champs, or Tennessee in a NY6 Bowl and asks Kristie which matchup would create the best story line. They then review the Gators loss to LSU and Rob asks Kristie what this means for the rest of the season. They also review the FSU and Clemson game and the Miami and Virginia Tech game.
As always Rob and Kristie end the episode with trivia and a would you rather.
