CleftCast

Emotional abuse covers a wide range of topics and issues. When it comes to name-calling, shaming, blaming, belittling and a total lack of attention, many people in the cleft and craniofacial community can identify. Why? Because it has happened to them. This week's "CleftCast" #podcast focuses on the subject of emotional abuse, its roots in family backgrounds and totally backwards thinking, and considers the question of just how damaging it can be to a child and/or young adult's life. Host Joe Rutland shares some of his experiences in life around this subject, too.
