One of the biggest problems and stigmas that individuals with cleft and/or craniofacial anomalies deal with is name-calling, bullying and flat-out abuse from other people. While each of these issues is worth talking about individually, collectively they can cause the receiver of these taunts to suffer mental abuse. This week's "CleftCast" begins a long series of podcasts focusing on what could be called "taboo" subjects ... the ones that no one wants to talk about openly.
