Season 4 Episode 15 – Gavin Weeks, Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist. During my recent trip to Oxford University for a Chief of Staff Certification at its world-renowned business school, I had to opportunity to meet Gavin. As part of the program, he delivered an insightful lecture on sustaining energy at work. I found the lecture very useful and thought we could talk more about it and other topics in a wide-ranging conversation covering psychology, grit, sports, and talent, to name a few. Gavin is a clinically-trained psychologist who consults with individuals, teams, and organizations on leadership and behavior change. Gavin draws on a professional background in clinical and sports psychology to build performance and understand and overcome barriers to change.
