The guys discuss personal mental health issues, past counselling & educational experiences, and offer tips for parents of young children, as they traverse the fine line between keeping children open to new experiences & remaining respectful of autonomy. This is an important episode aimed at assisting parents, players, and coaches better understand, what can be, an overwhelming and intimidating topic. Of course, if you or someone you know is struggling, please be sure to talk to someone you trust (teacher, coach, parent, friend, etc.) or even reach out to your local high school Guidance Office as they have a list of free & local resources, aimed at helping adults & children, alike.
