Meta introduces digital collectibles to Instagram: If you can’t beat them, join them!
Another big tech NFT announcement. But I think this one is different. This one is really significant. Meta has 2.5 billion active users on their platforms, Facebook and Instagram. Those users can soon create Digital Collectibles (NFTs) just as easily as publishing a normal post. Also, there will be a marketplace to trade them. All in fiat money, blockchain technology runs in the background.
