What do you spend most of your time thinking about?  Consider what you think about during the day and how much time you spend thinking about it. Then see how everything in your life is a perfect mirrored reflection of those thoughts. How do those thoughts make you feel? If you want to feel differently, you're gonna have to focus your thoughts on more pleasing subjects. In order to focus your thoughts, you will have to be even more aware of your thoughts.
