episode 20: Bitcoin, food intelligence and a better world.

Financial freedom is something that many people strive to achieve. It can be hard to get ahead and stay ahead in this economy, but with the right strategies and knowledge, it is possible. One of the most exciting developments in recent years has been the emergence of cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. These digital currencies offer a new way to achieve financial freedom and open up new opportunities for those who want to take advantage of them. about money. Not only does it provide a secure way to store and transfer value, but it also provides a new type of investment opportunity. People can invest in Bitcoin as a speculative asset or hold it as a hedge against inflation. Regardless of how you choose to use it, investing in cryptocurrencies can be an excellent way to diversify your portfolio and achieve financial freedom. Investing in cryptocurrencies isn't just about making money; it's also about creating a better world for everyone. By investing in cryptocurrencies, you are helping facilitate global transactions that are not hindered by geographical boundaries or government regulations. This creates more economic opportunities and helps promote global economic growth. Another way we can create a better world is by eating locally produced grass fed beef and other foods that are grown responsibly using sustainable practices such as permaculture and biodynamics farming methods. Eating local produce helps support local farmers, reduces our carbon footprint by reducing transportation costs, preserves biodiversity by preventing monoculture farming practices, and improves our overall health by providing us with nutrient-rich food that hasn’t been processed or altered with chemicals or preservatives. Eating locally produced grass fed beef is just one part of the equation when it comes to creating a more sustainable food system – we also need to focus on food intelligence - understanding where our food comes from, how it’s grown or raised, and what its environmental impact is - so we can make more informed decisions about what we eat on an individual level as well as on a collective level as consumers. This will help us create better systems for production, distribution, consumption, waste management, recycling/upcycling – all key components of circular economy which seeks to close the loop between producers and consumers so that resources are used efficiently without contributing further harm or damage to the environment . Food intelligence isn’t just about knowing where our food comes from; it’s also about understanding how different types of food production affect our environment (both positively & negatively) so that we can make informed decisions about what we consume which contribute towards achieving sustainability goals such as reducing GHG emissions & resource depletion . For example , switched from conventionally produced animal products such as grain-fed beef & dairy products from large scale industrial operations , which have high environmental impacts ,to locally produced grass fed beef & free-range eggs is one easily implementable step towards reducing environmental impacts while still getting adequate nutrition . Eating locally produced grass fed beef & other foods raised responsibly with sustainable farming practices isn’t just good for us personally; it also helps support local farmers which strengthens their communities & economies while keeping money within those communities instead of shipping wealth out into distant corporate headquarters . It also benefits animals because they get humane treatment while being raised instead being subjected factory farming conditions . Lastly ,it benefits the environment because these sustainable farming methods reduce dependence on synthetic pesticides , fertilizers , water usage ,and energy use etc…Help us make a better World.
