The Spinning-Backfist

Please understand that this is a dark comedy, not just a crazy lunatic of a man speaking chaotically, as my stories may sound at times. Trust me when I say I have no upside to releasing these weird and sometimes violent stories and incidents. I’m a person who was victimized, ridiculed, attacked, and stuffed in an isolation cell for 3 months. I survived but not without a bit of mental instability every now and then which trust me, wasn’t as bad before that happened nightmare happened. This goes for every episode. All I want is to share and hope people Listen to my stories about my life, while I pick mma winners for the week. Which I’m damn good at even though I personally only bet on them with $5 at the most. So other than that enjoy the podcast//:) After halting my search for the real Bigfoot after an unfortunate Rainforest Fiasco. I Bigfoot Holmes decided to put my efforts into Podcasting. It's been 1 year and a few hit-and-miss laters, but this one seems like the one. Hosted and created by the 1-man gang himself, Bigfoot Holmes every week...

episode 9: Dana White Contender Series Picks for week #7

The picks are in and it looks to be a good card on paper full of talented prospects. We have the Bonfim brothers, Gabriel (12-0 12finishes) & Ismael (17-3), who are looking to make a impact in the North american scene and remind me a bit of the Freire brothers of Bellator. Both are well rounded in MMA, finishing opponents with Power punches and ground game submissions. They will both be taking on very adequate adversaries as 6'4 Trey Waters takes his 6-0 record, with finishes coming by chokes and strikes. He should look to keep range as his opponent is the more deadlier Bonfim brother with the ground submissions. Azerbaijans top prospect in 28-3 Nariman Abbasov gets the task of the other Bonfim who utilizes his Power boxing strikes more then brother Gabriel. Abbasov has a well rounded pedigree, but seems to like standing a bit to to much for my liking in this fight. Also Bonfin can sub from the ground too, but 31 pro fights in that area of the world would lead me to assume his skillset is highly capable against any opponent at this stage of the game. At HWT, we have a late scratch from my audio as its the former Penn State and Cael Sanderson coached wrestler, (4-1 4ko) Jimmy Lawson v LHWT replacement who will have a 30 lbs disadvantage, (6-1) Karl Williams. This fight however will be the same sort of outcome i predicted would happen against Szaflarski. Lawson is just built like tank, and throws bombs that would end wars. His size reminds me a bit of the late Kimbo Slice, and so does his ruthless aggression, good luck Karl Williams! We also have a very highly anticipated Flyweight matchup in the womans divison between one of Eastern Europes top prospects in all weights, men or woman. 20 yr old phenom Tereza Bleda (5-0)is as deadly on ground and pound, as she is when she looks through the soul of her opponnents with an assasins stare, reminiscant of Joanna or Rousey in their heydays. Her vicious elbows along with her 5ft9 frame leaves me thinking her opponent, 7-0-1 Nayara Maia, better bring all of her tricks from her bag plus some more. Still it wont be enough. Bleda is only 20, but is already world champion in her prior promotion. In the main event we get a rematch between 8-1 Rodolfo Bellato, who looks to avenge his lone defeat 3 years ago, against 6-0 Vitor Petrino. That ended with a quick ko for Petrino, but I look for this to be a completely different fight this time. Bellato is very powerful on his feet, but its his ground ability that I think will take effect in this fight and the size advantage he will posess is completely different then before.
