In episode 314 of Sports Bliss with Rob and Kris, Rob and Kristie start the episode discussing the horrible performance of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They debate what went wrong for Brady and the Bucs and who is to blame. Can the Bucs get back on track and win the NFC South? Next, they review the Jags win over the Titans. They break down the stats of Trevor Lawrence and how dominant the defense was for the Jaguars. Rob also asks Kristie if she owes Trevor an apology? Then they discuss the Dolphins flop against the chargers. With "Tua loses" in a row, have teams figured out Tua or can he get back to his winning ways? Finally, Rob gives Kristie three scenarios about the Bucs, Jags, and Dolphins and asks Kristie which is most likely to happen. In final NFL news, Rob shares how Russell Wilson finally started to cook against the Chiefs just to be knocked out of the game and placed in concussion protocol.
Next, Rob and Kristie celebrate the Orlando Magic for a 3 game winning streak. Rob shares the reasons why he thinks the Magic have started to win. They also debate if this is good for the future as it could jeopardize their draft position or do the Magic need to win more now?
Next, Rob and Kristie jump into the college football world. First, They discuss Caleb Williams winning the Heisman trophy. Rob shares some interesting pints form his speech and also discusses how Williams developed a plan at age 10 with his dad to become a great football player. They also discuss how 4 of the 6 last Heisman winners have things in common. Then Rob and Kristie preview the Gators upcoming bowl game in Las Vegas against Oregon State. Rob shares there will be a new quarterback starting for the Gators. Then Rob shares the sad news that Mike Leach is in critical condition in a hospital and that former UCF Jake Hescock suddenly passed away in Boston.
