This chapter is like how if a production team finds out at the end of Season 1 that they have not been renewed for Season 2, so they run in circles trying to finish the entire story and tie up any loose ends. We've still got Necho King of Egypt, but now we've also got Nebuchadnezzar King of Babylon, and both of them claim God is with them, which appears to be entirely true as the Israelites are getting smashed. But then, like 70 years later, Cyrus King of Persia steps in and sets them free? It's all so suss. We legit have no idea what's going on here and that sucks cuz it's the end of 2 Chronicles.
