Black History Month – Grenadian Independence Day
February is Black history Month, for most of use we celebrate every day. This is a time where black excellence and black contribution is celebrated I gives our children a chance to see their history in the classrooms.

February 6 Bob Marley’s birthday and s celebrated as Bob Marley Day.
February 7this Grenada Independence Day. In 2022 Grenada is celebrated 48 years on independence. Independence was received on February 7, 1974.

Grenada Flag Colours - The green epitomises the islands' vegetation and agriculture, while the yellow evokes the sun, as well as the warmth and wisdom of Grenadians.
