They discuss the the unusual circumstance of both quarterbacks being injured on the 49ers. They also discuss some key plays in the game. Rob and Kristie also discuss Brock Purdy's elbow injury and the possibilities of recovery. Then the dive into the Bengals and Chiefs game. They discuss some pivotal plays and penalties that effected the game. Rob also shares the results of the paternity test he Mayor of Cincinnati requested. Next Rob and Kristie who are the finalists for the NFL honors including MVP and give their picks.
Next, Rob shares a very under reported story involving the potential bankruptcy of the Bally Sports Network. This is a network that carries regional sports for the NBA, MLB, and NHL.
In final sports news, Rob shares the most likely candidate to become Alabama's next offensive coordinator. Rob actually made this prediction last month on a previous episode. Then Rob shares a story how Nick Saban told 2 players he wouldn't grant their NIL requests worth a combined $1.3 million. Rob and Kristie debate if this is good for college football or is Nick Saban just being a hypocrite.
