Strong north wind in the middle of the night.
On Saturday, February 4, we were hit by a stronger northerly wind. The audio recording was made in a mixed forest of fir and beech trees from around 18:00 to 24:00. The temperature was -5˚C

There was an area of high air pressure over southwestern Europe on February 3. Cyclones with weather fronts travelled across northern and eastern Europe. One of the cyclones occurred during the night on Saturday over the southern Baltic, moved rapidly through the eastern part of Europe towards the Black Sea, which it reached on February 4 during the day. At the same time, a cold front quickly crossed Slovenia, but it did not bring precipitation to the places south of the Alps. Behind it, colder air began to reach us with strong northerly winds, which was drying on the southern side of the Alps.
